Stress Management for all my Babies

dearest babies , SPM exam are coming soon..is it you guys are feel depress and tension?

here, i share some stress management..

actually,the best Stress Management technique is to be confident and prepared, and to stay calm. If you have mastered learning and study, then you should never feel anxious, tense, or nervous in an examination.


SAY SOMETHING NICE to everyone TODAY
MAKE TIME TO CALL SOMEONE SPECIAL
INVITE SOMEONE TO SHARE THEIR IDEAS
LISTEN TO WHAT THE OTHER PERSON IS SAYING
ENJOY EACH MOMENT

You will find that it's really hard to be stressed when you SMILE

here my advise..always smile while you are tension^^

you can even laugh,just keep a laughter folder to put your funnies that people send you into. When you are having a rough day, open the windows and laugh your troubles away! Laughter is like a massage for your insides.


The next is my personal stress management technique.

i like chocolate ,so for me,eat some chocolate during study,I personally think this is a great way to deal with stress!

For someone who now on the way to the Heaven,hope you're rest in peace!
we didn't know much ,but you're my senior ,i feel so shock and sad when heared you're passed away!anyway,you have brought me one lesson,that's not even suicide or do wrong matter when facing stress
