gymnasium today

yup..i went to gym today..
we started our gym with cycling..we juz cycled for 5 minutes only but i could felt my heartbeat was beating fast.
then..we went for the next~~~running
OH MY GODNESS..
we need torun out 200 calories in 30 minutes..for sure..i failed to do it since i'm not an antlet..and i'm seldom exercise too..i just ran for 188 calories..and my running speed overall was 5 only..cuz sometimes i increased to 9.
then...i went to weightlifting..i'm just can get it by 5kg..10kg was impossible to me
sit up for the next..i did it 50 times..successfully without stopped..i like sit up the most.
I cant believe my hands and legs were so rheumatic pain after the gym


i'm totally weak in exercise.i hope i can exercise more for my pink of the health.exercise is better than eat the apple a day then keep the doctor away,right?
